Vinyasa 1 is a movement-based class for beginning and experienced students. These classes offer a creative, flowing sequence of postures connecting movement with breath.
Deepen your yoga practice in Vinyasa 2. These classes are great if you are looking for strength, flexibility, and cardio. Our Vinyasa 2 classes are suitable for all levels of students though we recommend some experience with yoga or with our Mindful Vinyasa or Vinyasa 1 classes.
